• ACTION: Recommend the Board approve resolution M-04-26 approving the Prelminary Assessment Diagran and Engineers Report and state the Intention to continue to levy the North and West County Mosquito and Disease Control Assessment District.

B. Status of the construction project at 1415 North Carolan, Burlingame

• ACTION: No action necessary, informational only.

C. Review the preliminary financial report for FY 205-26 as of March 31, 2026

• ACTION: Recommend the Board approve the Financial Report for FY 2025-26 as of February 28, 2026.

D. PRESENTATION on FY 26-27 Draft Budget and Estimates for FY 25-26

E. Purchase of a multi-year Service agreement with life technologist/ThermoFisher
